delivering important, relevant marketing and communications programs you can
use to connect meaningfully with clients and prospects.

of the program by integrating it into your marketing and communications programs
for a full year.
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of the program and the
results of the campaign and marketing strategy program, we'll issue a 100% refund
of your membership. You just need to confirm you've deleted all materials you
received under the Advisor/Client license. It's that simple. So joining is completely
risk-free. Just contact us at: Horsesmouth, 21 W. 38th St., 14th Fl., New York, NY 10018. Phone: 212-343-8760, Ext. 1
What if my compliance department will not let
me use Advisor/Client?
Every day, compliance departments across the industry review and approve
Advisor/Client presentations. All our client-facing material is reviewed by
FINRA and comes with a FINRA review letter to help you with your own compliance
submission. However, if your compliance department will not approve one of your
Advisor/Client campaigns, there are several ways to proceed. You can modify
the campaign to meet your compliance department’s needs.
You can continue with Advisor/Client and benefit
from informally using the prospecting campaign materials, plus using all the
marketing strategies and skills programs that are available and not related
to compliance. Plus, you still have free
(PDF) access to all the article reprints in the Client Reprint library.
This alone is valued at more than $1,100 a year. If none of that works for you,
of course, we’re happy to issue a full refund.
I'm already a Horsesmouth Member. If I join
Advisor/Client now, what happens to the remaining months on my current membership?
You will be credited for your unused portion of your Horsesmouth
Membership. So your final first-year cost for Advisor/Client will be
$697—minus your Horsesmouth pro-rated credit.
Does Advisor/Client run on a calendar year?
Is it too late to join?
Advisor/Client is a continuous, year-round program.
There’s no such thing as starting late or missing
anything. Your membership runs year to year. You always have access to
all available programs during your membership. You get your own marketing and
prospecting toolkits to use right away or later in the year.
And each year, new campaigns are added and/or
updated. We’re working together. We’re your marketing team.
I don't really have the time for
17 prospecting campaigns. Do I have to participate in all of them?
Advisor/Client includes 17 prospecting campaigns.
You can choose to do one, three, ten, or all.
It’s up to you. And you can do the campaign any time you’d like. So it’s okay
if we introduced one campaign two months ago. It’s still relevant. All the material
is still there. All the HM guidance is completely available. You roll it out
to your clients and prospects when you like–either at the time it’s introduced
or later when you’re ready.
I already subscribe to the website and
have access to Horsesmouth articles. How is Advisor/Client different from normal
membership?
The Advisor/Client prospecting campaigns and marketing strategies and skill
building programs are complete, soup-to-nuts programs for you execute.
They are not just articles presenting ideas.
You get everything you need to customize the programs: step-by-step instructions,
email templates (just fill in your name and your clients names), phone scripts,
invitations, checklists, client handouts, speeches, PowerPoint slides, FINRA
review letters–everything!
What if I have questions after I join? Am
I just left on my own to figure it out?
The Horsesmouth Advisor/Client program comes with complete support–you don’t
have to figure it out on your own. You can reach us by email or phone. Or participate
in our live, monthly webinars and ask specific questions there. We want to hear
from you and guide you as you use the Advisor/Client programs we’ve created
specifically for you. We’re your virtual marketing
arm and want to hear from you. (Plus, all Advisor/Client members get
a regular email from us about the program, what’s new, what’s next, and what
have we all learned to share with each other.
I am just interested in specific campaigns.
Do I have to sift through all the campaigns to find what I need?
Every campaign has its own Advisor/Client resource page. From that page,
available only to Advisor/Client members, you can access everything you need
for your campaign or strategy. It’s all there: the webinar, the transcript,
the slides, the marketing or prospecting toolkit, the customized article reprints,
the FINRA letters, etc. When you’re ready to
use one of the programs, you just go to Advisor/Client, click on the link to
the resource page for any program, and it’s all there.
How does Advisor/Client help me with
both clients and prospects?
We’re your marketing arm. So every Advisor/Client campaign or program has
a specific goal in mind that it helps you achieve. Some are highly specific
like "build relationships with COIs in your community" or "meet new pre-retiree
prospects through hosting a workshop." Others are more functional like "update
your marketing collateral" or "develop new key messages" or "reach all clients
in final quarter of the year." Nearly all campaigns
and programs work on multiple levels, too, giving you solid reasons to talk
with your existing clients while also using the same program or personalized
material to communicate with prospects and demonstrate the value of your service
to them.
